Due to overwhelming love for our hand-crafted product and supply chain constraints, please know that delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience.

Most orders ship within 2 business days, but because some items are made to order from rolls of fabric on our shelves, an in-stock product may not be finished and ready to ship. In those cases, the item generates a message once added to your shopping cart, indicating a longer than two week delivery time. If this item is combined with other items, we are generally happy to ship available items separately. You may always call the customer service at 207.869.4025 for details and up to date information.

U.S. Orders

All orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states ship free via UPS. Rates to Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are listed below. Expedited shipping is available upon checkout.

Delivery times for all shipping methods are subject to the UPS holiday schedule. We recommend that you check schedules posted at ups.com prior to placing your order to confirm delivery cutoff dates.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, and Christmas Day.

International Orders

We currently ship to the international destinations listed below. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@brahmsmount.com.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and tariffs to the carrier upon delivery. For packages that are refused upon delivery, or are returned back to Brahms Mount, the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and fees to import the items back to the Brahms Mount returns center, including the actual shipping costs paid to the carrier to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

Our Return Policy

At Brahms Mount, we are proud to produce the most exceptional quality wovens, and we are not satisfied unless you are absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for whatever reason you would like to return an item, we would gladly issue a refund with complimentary return shipping.

Please note our return policy:

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
  • A full refund or exchange credit will be issued for items returned in their original packaging, in new condition and with no evidence of use or laundering.
  • We cannot accept returns of products purchased through our retail partners. Please return items to the store where you originally purchased them. Return and exchange policies may vary. Please check retail partner websites for details.
  • We make every effort to accommodate requests for exchanges. However, product availability is not always guaranteed.

We carefully inspect each product that comes off our looms for defects in material or workmanship. Our product is made from all-natural materials and is naturally dyed and therefore, shade variations are an integral part of each Brahms Mount piece. These variations are not considered defects.

If your purchase reflects a flaw that we have missed, we will send a replacement at no charge.

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, please save the original packaging and contact Customer Service before returning.


    A Note About Colors

    While we have worked hard to display accurate colors on our website, some variations can occur depending on your monitor. Please also keep in mind that it is characteristic of natural fibers to have variations in texture and/or colors.
